Adrian has another cold. It comes with the territory of day care. I was thinking that he wasn't feeling so wonderful on Saturday night, but it didn't last the whole weekend. Monday I was home with both boys. We went to the park with Kate and I thought it was back. He started coughing, and was touching his right ear. We were keeping on eye on him. So on Thursday I didn't work, so I kept him home me. I ended up taking him to the doctor's. And I found out that he has an ear infection in both ears. Poor kid. He had ear infections in Dec. At that appointment I asked the doctor if it was likely that he would have many ear infections if I did when I was little. I had them all the time, according to my mom. The doctor said that it was possible if he inherited the shape of my ear canal.
It's awful when your children are sick. And most of the time there isn't much you can do to help them. I felt bad for the little piglet this morning. I was nursing him and I could tell that he needed to cough, but he was too hungry to let go.
Hoping he can get over it quickly.

Poor little buddy. Sorry to hear Adrian is not feeling so well. Hanna had problems with her ears when she was little too... oh she would cry... and you're right... you wish you could take their pain and put it on you... but you can't. Only extra kisses and cuddling... and tylenol. Hoping this passes quick.
